In recognition of National Arts and Humanities Month, the Metro Arts and NowPlayingNashville.com will host the third Artober Nashville celebration in October 2013. The mission of Artober Nashville is to inform and inspire the community’s awareness of and participation in an array of arts and cultural activities throughout Nashville. Nearly two hundred arts and cultural organizations will highlight the depth and breadth of arts activities through official Artober Nashville events. Activities throughout the area will include visual and performing arts, music, crafts, film and more.
