When you file your application or renewal

All applications must be printed on 8.5” x 11” plain white paper for submission to this office.

Fill application out completely and return application and fee in person (applications cannot be submitted electronically) to the office of the Metropolitan Beer Permit Board between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

All fees are payable by Cash, Cashier Check, Money Order or Credit Card
