Required documents for each type of Beer Permit
- ON-SALE BEER PERMIT – OFF-SALE BEER PERMIT – WHOLESALE BEER PERMIT
- Lease (proof of property ownership – if property owner)
- Health Inspection (must say OK FOR BEER BOARD)
- Fire Marshal Inspection (must say OK FOR BEER BOARD)
- Business license (must be same name as listed on application)
- Certificate of Registration
- Certificate of Existence (for TN corporations)
- Certificate of Authorization(for out of state corporations)
- Proof of Legal Status (for non US citizens)
- ON-SALE SPECIAL EVENT BEER PERMIT
- Letter of permission to use property
- Health Inspection approval
- Fire Marshal approval
- Certificate of Registration or Tax Exempt Letter from Charity or Non-profit organizations
- Certificate of Existence (for TN corporations)
- Certificate of Authorization (for out of state corporations)
- Proof of Legal Status (for non US Citizens)
- Letter of Security (must state date, time, place, number of security officers)
- Street Closure Permit (if applicable)
- CATERER BEER PERMIT
- Copy of current Health permit
- Copy of ON/SALE Beer permit
- ABC issued Liquor Caterer permit
- DANCE PERMIT
- Fire Marshal inspection (must say OK FOR BEER BOARD)
- Lease (if you do not hold a beer permit)
- Use & Occupancy approval (if you do not hold a beer permit)
Documents may be submitted with your application or on a later date to be determined by the office. Other documents may be requested once the application has been accepted but ALL documents MUST be received in order to receive a valid beer permit.
