The Department of Codes and Building Safety is pleased to introduce the “License Renewal” system as an expansion of our services which are now available online.  With this latest enhancement, the Department is open via the Internet to transact routine business 24/7.

For your convenience, when your License Renewal Notice is mailed to you, you will be provided with your User Name and Password. Please look at your License Renewal Notice to gain this information to sign onto the system.

Your username and Password will be provided to you in your yearly License Renewal Notice mailed by Metro Codes
