Function: It shall be the duty of the Farmers Market Board to exercise all the powers and perform all the duties heretofore or hereafter imposed on the "Davidson County Farmers Market Commission", as established by chapter 400 of the Private Acts of 1949 and any amendments thereto. Within the limitation of its budget appropriation and funds otherwise available, employ and fix the compensation of such personnel as may be necessary. The Board may perform other duties as may be imposed upon the Board by ordinance.

Meets: Fourth THURSDAY of the month, 12:00 p.m., at Farmers Market Board Room, 900 Rosa L. Parks Boulevard (contact board for more information)
