    Function: The Hospital Authority of Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County was formed by City Charter in 1999 as the governing body to oversee Nashville General Hospital at Meharry and Bordeaux Long-Term Care. In 2000, Knowles Assisted Living and Adult Day Care Services was also placed under the Hospital Authority to complete a continuum of care provided to the residents of Davidson County.

    Meets: 4th TUESDAY, February, May, June, August, November, 3:30 p.m., at Nashville General Hospital at Meharry or Bordeaux Long Term Care (contact authority for more information)
