Capital Budget and Planning
The Capital Budget and Planning site provides information about Metro's Capital program along with individual project details and status reports.
The Capital Improvement Budget (CIB) is an annual compilation of the Metro Agencies' proposed projects over a six-year horizon.
The Capital Spending Plan denotes the projects from the CIB that are recommended by the Administration and approved by Council to be funded and undertaken.
The Local Cost Allocation Plan (LOCAP) is Metro's plan for identifying, accumulating, and allocating central service costs in the government. The costs identified in the LOCAP may be allocated or billed to users. Please visit the Cost Accounting website for additional information.
