Community Enhancement Fund (CEF) Grants for FY15

For FY15, Metro is continuing the Community Enhancement Fund (CEF) Grant program for Nashville non-profit agencies. The CEF is designed to meet community needs by funding:

  • Services not currently provided by Metro Nashville Government.
  • Services which enhance those already provided by Metro Nashville Government.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend the Review Panel Meeting for the Service Category of funding for which they are applying.  At these meetings, Reviewers determine a method of allocation, which applicants should be funded and the amount of funding the applicants should received.  The Panel Meetings usually last about two hours, and are scheduled as follows:

  • Aftershcool Programs - Tuesday, June 17, 9-11 a.m.
  • Domestic Violence -Tuesday, June 17, 2-4 p.m.
  • Community Service- Wednesday, June 18, 9-11 a.m.
  • Literacy - Wednesday, June 18, 2-4 p.m.

All meetings will be held on the 1st floor of Metro's Howard Office Building located at 700 2nd Avenue South. (Free parking is available behind nearby Lindsley Hall.)
