Protest and Appeals Processes
A Supplier's administrative rights are available through a process of Protest and Appeal.
Any potential contractor may protest a procurement solicitation or award if they feel they have been wronged in the solicitation process. The Chief Procurement Officer (Purchasing Agent) will hear the protest and make a determination.
Information on the Protest process
Following the Protest Decision of the Chief Procurement Officer (Purchasing Agent) the determination may be appealed before the Procurement Appeals Board if the decision is believed to be in error.
