Function: Council Board of Ethical Conduct establishes and makes public the procedures and rules governing its internal organization and the conduct of its affairs; maintains records of its investigations, inquiries and proceedings; renders advisory opinions; and conducts an investigation and makes recommendations about the conduct of any elected officials or members of a Metropolitan government board or commission.
