Function: The Stormwater Management Committee has been established for in the event an applicant for a Grading Permit desires to appeal an adverse staff decision related to the Stormwater Regulations. The Stormwater Management Committee hears and decides appeals and variance requests related to the Stormwater Regulations.

Rules and Regulations

Meets: Once monthly on selected THURSDAYS, 8:15 a.m., at the Sonny West Conference Center, Howard Office Building, 700 2nd Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37210 (contact board for more information).
