Before-Tax Premium Savings Plan
Metro's Before-Tax Premium Savings Plan deducts health care premiums from your paycheck in before-tax dollars, which will lower your tax bill.
All employees will be defaulted into this plan. There is no need to sign up each year. If you wish to opt out, you may do so (contact Human Resources).
