Neighborhood Conservation Zoning District
Belle Meade Links Triangle is a Neighborhood Conservation Zoning Overlay district. Any new construction including additions, demolitions, or relocation of structures is reviewed by the MHZC prior to beginning the project.
Belle Meade Links Triangle became a Neighborhood Conservation Zoning Overlay district May 2003. From 1906 to 1915, Bransford Realty Company acquired approximately 70 acres of land from the Belle Meade Land Company. The Belle Meade Golf Links subdivision was recorded on November 17, 1915. It is one of the few surviving examples of subdivision planning in Nashville. The area contains approximately 150 properties.
