Request a DVD Copy of a Metro3 Program

All programs that are aired on Metro3 are available by request to citizens of the state of Tennessee.

Note: Before ordering a DVD copy of a Metro3 program, you may want to check the Metro Youtube channel to see if the program you want is available for immediate viewing.

Requests Made by Public Citizens

Single DVD copies of any Metro3 taped public meeting or program are available at a minimal cost of $1. If this request is for multiple copies, please email Metro 3 at metro3@nashville.gov, as actual costs may vary.

You will be notified by phone or email when your copies are completed and ready for pick up. Once you have been notified, you must pick up your copies at our Metro3 office located at the Historic Courthouse, 1 Public Square, Room G82.

Payment must be made by cash or check payable to “Metro Government of Nashville” when picking up requested DVD(s). Copies are made in the order of request and as department production schedule permits. Please allow up to 1 week to be notified of completion.

Requests by Metro Government Department Staff

Metro Government Departments are provided DVD copies at no charge, with the provision of exchanging for blank media. The department must provide blank media (White Inkjet Printable (WIP) DVD - R media) when submitting your request. Click here to see the appropriate media stock for replacement.
