Request a DVD Copy of a Metro3 Program

Before ordering a copy of a program, you may want to view the Metro Youtube channel at http://www.youtube.com/MetroGovNashville to see if the program you want is available for viewing.
Program copies must be requested by completing the media request form below.

For the Public

Single DVD copies of Metro 3 taped public meetings or programs are available at a cost of $1. If this request is for multiple copies, please contact Metro 3 at 880-1414, as actual costs may vary.

You will be notified by phone or email when your copies are completed and ready for pick up. Once you have been notified, you must pick up your copies at our Metro3 office located at the Historic Courthouse, 1 Public Square, Room G82.

Payment must be made by cash or check payable to “Metro Government of Nashville” when picking up DVD(s). Copies are made in the order of request and as department production schedule permits. Please allow up to 1 week to be notified.

For METRO Departments

Metro Government Departments are provided DVD copies at no charge, with the provision of exchanging for blank media. The department must provide blank media (White Inkjet Printable (WIP) DVD - R media) when submitting your request. See the appropriate media stock  for replacement.
