Healthy Nashville Leadership Councilhealthy nashville

The Healthy Nashville Leadership Council was created by Executive Order No. 25 to mobilize community initiatives to achieve improvements in health, specifically to reduce the impact of three strategic issues: obesity, tobacco use and disparities in heart disease, diabetes and cancer. The Healthy Nashville Leadership Council is supported by the Metro Public Health Department. Current work of the Council is outlined in the Community Health Improvement Plan(CHIP).

Healthy Nashville Leadership Meetings

The HNLC meets the first Wednesday of every month from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. All meetings are held at Lentz Public Health Department Board Room, 3rd floor. 2015 Meeting Schedule:
