Resolution RS2018-1002

(Adopted 01/02/2018) A resolution approving a service enterprise initiative agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and the Best Friends Animal Society to provide training and consulting for Service Enterprise Certification.

WHEREAS, it is to the mutual benefit of the Best Friends Animal Society and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to provide training and consulting for Service Enterprise Certification; and,

WHEREAS, the Best Friends Animal Society and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, have entered into a service enterprise initiative agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein, to provide training and consulting for Service Enterprise Certification; and,

WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that this agreement be approved.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the service enterprise initiative agreement by and between the Best Friends Animal Society and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to provide training and consulting for Service Enterprise Certification, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
