We’ll dive into living bacteria in soils, air, flora, and their importance in preserving food/drink! Fermented foods and drinks are nothing new; humans have been preserving local products for centuries. Let’s get into the biology behind some of these WILD THINGS! Local homebrewer Don Graves of Bootleg Biology will offer light snacks and wild ales.
