Nicholas Goodner Surrenders on Accessory Charge
May 6, 2013
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Nicholas Goodner surrendered himself at police headquarters Sunday on a charge that he helped his cousin, who is accused of murder, avoid apprehension.
Goodner, 23, himself a convicted felon (for theft in Davidson County and marijuana possession in Dickson County) was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
Goodner and a co-defendant, Quantrese Upkins, are accused of harboring 17-year-old Eric Goodner, who was wanted for the April 11th shooting death of Johnathan Johnson on 10th Avenue North.
Eric Goodner was apprehended last Wednesday. Upkins was arrested Friday.
