16-Year-Old Escapee Arrested Downtown

June 27, 2013

Escaped teenager Misti Moore was taken into custody at 3:30 a.m. today in downtown.
Officer Jonathan Mays was conducting a business check and noticed what appeared to be a homeless man escorting a juvenile in the parking lot of the Exxon on Broadway.  The juvenile, Moore, provided a false name.  She was arrested for curfew violation and, after arrival at Juvenile Detention, was determined to be Moore.
The man with Moore, Gregory Vincent, 51, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Two 16-year-olds who escaped from a DCS contracted facility on Stewarts Ferry Pike early yesterday with Moore, Jasmine Clark and Ericka Carter, have not been apprehended.
