Defendant Brandon Banks Surrenders to Nashville Police in Vanderbilt Sex Crimes Case

The last of the four former Vanderbilt football players indicted Friday on sex crimes charges surrendered himself tonight at Nashville police headquarters.
Brandon Banks, 19, of Brandywine, Maryland, arrived at the Warrants Division at 7 p.m. He was taken to General Hospital for a mandatory HIV test required by state law. He was then booked into the Metro Jail where he is being held tonight in lieu of $250,000 bond.
