Former Titan Player Keith Bulluck Arrested

August 25, 2013

Former Titan player Keith Bulluck is facing a felony robbery charge as the result of an alleged altercation early today with a Nashville cab driver.

Bulluck, 36, was booked into the Metro Jail. His bond is set at $10,000.

United Cab driver Habib Hashi, 40, called 911 at 2:50 a.m. while parked outside a bar in the 1700 block of Church Street. Habib told responding West Precinct officers that he was waiting for a customer who had already paid when a man he subsequently identified as Bulluck approached the cab and asked for a ride. Habib said when he told Bulluck he already had a fare, Bulluck reached into the car through the front passenger window, grabbed him by the shirt and wound up taking a $100 bill that Habib had in his hands. The officers noted that Habib’s shirt and undershirt were torn.

Habib told officers that the man responsible had gone to a nearby bank parking lot in the 1600 block of Church Street. Officers followed Habib there. He positively identified Bulluck as the suspect.

Bulluck, who smelled of alcohol, was taken into custody. Habib told officers that he wanted to prosecute. He appeared before a judicial commissioner who then issued the robbery warrant.
