FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Accused home invasion robber Tyis Crutcher is now jailed in lieu of $365,000 bond on charges of especially aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery and use of a gun in the commission of a dangerous felony.

Allen was taken into custody during a vehicle stop shortly after the robbery.  Crutcher is alleged to have fled from the vehicle.

Crutcher is a convicted home burglar who received a three-year probated sentence in 2011.
