MNPD Fingerprint Service for the Public Moving to Madison Effective January 7

The police department’s fingerprint service for members of the public who need to be printed as part of job applications, certain overseas travel, etc., will be moving from the Justice Center downtown to the new Madison Precinct/Crime Laboratory building at 400 Myatt Drive effective Tuesday, January 7. The service will not be offered on Monday, January 6, to allow for the movement and setup of equipment. Hours of operation at the Myatt Drive facility will be 7 a.m.-4:30p.m., Monday-Friday.
Tomorrow (Friday) is the last day the service will be offered at the Justice Center downtown.
An average of more than 200 citizens per month avail themselves of the police department’s fingerprint service.
