Detectives Working to Identify Pawn Shop Robbery Suspect

South Precinct detectives are working to identify the gunman who on February 8th robbed Berry’s Pawn Shop at 1001 Murfreesboro Pike.
The suspect entered the pawn shop at 8:20 p.m. and demanded money from the clerk.  He placed the cash in a blue or purple insulated bag and fled in a green minivan, possibly a Chrysler, driven by a second suspect.
The gunman is described as a black man with long braided dreadlocks.  He is approximately 5’8” tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds.
