Burch Reserve Parking Lot open for overflow parking
February 24, 2017
The parking lot for the Burch Reserve is now open for use as overflow parking for the Warner Park Nature Center. Although the lot is open to the public, the Burch Reserve hiking trails will not open until Phase Two of improvements are completed in the Fall of 2017. This second phase of construction includes a tunnel under the CSX railroad tracks and a trail from the parking lot through the tunnel and on to the hiking trails on the Burch Reserve.
The Burch Reserve is a new addition to Edwin Warner Park located north of Highway 100, across from the Nature Center. The approximately 250-acre tract includes gently rolling fields and steep forested slopes that are designated for hiking trails.
