After Consultation with the District Attorney's Office, No Charges Being Placed at Present in Shooting Death of 18-Year-Old

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE            

After consultation with the District Attorney’s Office late Sunday night, Hermitage Precinct detectives are not, at present, charging 55-year-old Brentnol James with the shooting death of his 18-year-old son, Kobe Hoyle, outside their Branwood Drive residence.        

Detectives are continuing to investigate James’ account that he was in fear of Hoyle, and his claim that Hoyle was going to rob him.
