November 2, 2017
Chief Deputy Assessor for Administration
Vivian Wilhoite, Property Assessor of Davidson County, wants residents to know that the option to file an informal review for the 2018 assessment year is now open to the public. Assessor Wilhoite says, “This is one of a number of annual opportunities for property owners to appeal their property values.” Assessor Wilhoite goes on to say that if your Informal Review results in a change of property value it will be effective for the 2018 assessment year.
The best way to file an Informal Review is to visit the Assessor’s website at www.padctn.org. Pull up your property, then click on the Review/Appeal tab. The deadline to file an Informal Review for 2018 is April 27, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. If you need assistance in filing your review, please call 615-862-6080.
