* Dependent rates only apply in a family membership scenario. You purchase an Individual Membership first. Then, you can then add a dependent. We do not charge a membership fee for dependents ages four and under.

+ Ten-Visit Passes have a two-year expiration date.

Corporate/Group Memberships

We offer Corporate and Group memberships. Due to our established relationships with HCA and the State of Tennessee, employees of these organizations receive the One-Year Membership for a reduced rate of $350.00.
