Low Ropes Course

Men on course

The new low ropes challenge course in Edwin Warner Park provides participants with an experience highlighting the objectives of team work, communication, and trust. Challenge Course participants will be encouraged to build a trusting relationship with other participants while having the individual opportunity to enhance self-esteem, improve physical fitness, and practice leadership skills. This experience provides the perfect opportunity for scouts, churches, school groups, corporate groups, and youth serving agencies that are seeking challenging, team building activities in a safe and supportive outdoor environment. All activities are "Challenge by Choice" meaning any individual may opt out at any time.

An ACCT (Association for Challenge Course Technology) certified Metro Parks course facilitator guides each group through the course, ensuring safety and customizing the program to meet the needs and desired outcomes of the individuals and the group.

  • Group size is limited to of a maximum 15 participants, and the minimum age for participants is 10 years old.
  • Course reservations are four hours long, and scheduled by appointment only.
