Group Tour Rules
All fees are collected prior to your arrival at the museum admissions desk. Groups must pay in one transaction by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Leave your group on the bus or outside until you have presented the confirmation sheet to the admission staff.
Please review the following rules with your group:
- No-smoking, food, drinks or pets allowed in the Parthenon.
- No backpacks or oversized bags in the building.
- Walk.
- Do not touch the artwork.
- The elevator is for handicapped or elderly persons.
- Teachers/Chaperones and Tour Escorts are responsible for the conduct of their group.
Teachers are reminded that the museum requires one adult chaperone for every fifteen students.
We encourage you to schedule time to visit our museum store with your group. We ask that you divide your group into groups of 12 or less to visit the museum store. Your tour guide will assist you in visiting the store.
Please notify us at least three days in advance of your scheduled visit if it becomes necessary to change or cancel a tour.
