This report identifies all PUD names submitted to the Metro Planning Department since the 1970s.

Note: The name selected for the PUD must be used for all future subdivision plats, unless otherwise pre-approved by the planning staff prior to application submittal. 

Specific Plan (SP) Case Search Tool

This report identifies all Council-approved SPs, with aerial photos, Planning Commission minutes, and the Council ordinances which created each SP.

Subdivision Recorded Plats

This report identifies all recorded subdivision plats within the last thirty days by name, date, map/parcel, and instrument number.

• Approval/expiration dates of final plats
• Approval/expiration dates of preliminary plats

This report identifies all subdivision names for plats submitted to the Metro Planning Department since 1986.
