Upcoming meetings which require public notification are listed here.  The Planning Commission meets at 4 pm on the second and fourth Thursday of each month in the Sonny West Conference Center at the Howard Office Building, 700 Second Avenue South. Only one meeting is held in July, November, and December.

Standing meeting with CMs Allen and Gilmore

Councilmembers Burkley Allen and Erica Gilmore meet with Planning Department staff at 10 am on the fourth Tuesday of each month to discuss district issues. Those meetings are held at the Planning Department office on the second floor of the Metro Office Building at 800 Second Avenue South.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS

Notice is hereby given that the Metropolitan Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at its meeting on THURSDAY, JUNE 13, 2013.  The meeting will be in the SONNY WEST AUDITORIUM of the HOWARD OFFICE BUILDING located at 700 2ND AVE. S.  The meeting will start at 4:00pm.
