The Nashville food scene has never been more vibrant or exciting. From our city's signature hot chicken joints, to fine-dining with nationally-lauded chefs, to food festivals aplenty, Nashville has become the city to watch, explore, taste and discover, deliciously.
Since 1828, Nashville Farmers' Market has been a vibrant, central destination for all things food, farming, and artisans in Nashville.

Music City Center
Music City Center Executive Chef Max Knoepfel is the driving force in bringing upscale and trend-setting cuisine to Nashville's convention center. Chef Max and his team focus on promoting regional cuisine and representing the local flavor and bounty of Tennessee, using only the best fresh and nutritional ingredients from over 60 local farms. In April 2014, the Music City Center became the first convention center in the nation to receive REAL certification by the U.S. Healthful Food Council.
Music City Center Announces REAL Certification
Al Taglio is Nashville's first Roman-style pizzeria and fast-casual café serving the local community and convention-goers from across the globe in the beautiful Music City Center. Owned and operated by the Music City Center, the MCC's own Chef Max Knoepfel handcrafted the menu, artfully blending traditional offerings with a Nashville accent. Everything on the menu is all-natural, made with premium local ingredients and prepared daily by the Music City Center culinary team. The 36-seat dining space includes a café bar featuring award-winning local roaster Just Love coffee, a full bar featuring local beers and signature cocktails by Music City Center's award-winning mixologist, and an outdoor terrace.
