Neighborhood Cleanups

Woman Maintaining LawnWoman Painting Wall(s) Metro Beautification will provide gloves, garbage bags, and trash pick up for neighborhood clean ups. We invite you to schedule your group or club for an official Keep Nashville Beautiful clean–up, or to volunteer for a clean up that is already scheduled. Adopt-a-Street Program

Metro Beautification's Adopt-a-Street program is a great and inexpensive way that churches, businesses, neighborhood groups or individuals can help to keep Nashville beautiful. Participants will be supplied gloves, bags, safety vests and caution signage for each clean-up event and Metro Beautification will post recognition signage along the adopted route. Lawrence Jackson Receiving Award
Lawrence Jackson, Metro Beautification Neighborhood Liaison, recently presented with Flatrock Heritage Foundation, Inc.'s Good Neighbor Award. "This award is for Lawrence's continued support on our behalf, " remarked Noel Whitley, past-president of Flatrock. "We are incredibly thankful; it is so nice to have our Metro Departments expend positive energy on our behalf." Flatrock Heritage Foundation, Inc. represents the Glencliff, Radnor and Woodbine neighborhoods.
