In order to receive your copies by mail, you will need to send us a written request, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, and a check or money order to cover the cost of your copies. On your written request it would be helpful if you will tell us the address of the property that you need the deed for, or if you need a document other than a property deed, tell us as much information as you can, so that we can look up the document in our indexes. You can always call the office first, and we will tell you the information that you need to include in your request over the phone. The cost is still 50 cents per page, but there is a $2.00 minimum charge for mailed copies. Our mailing address is as follows:

Our office also makes copies of subdivision plats at the charge of $3.00 per page if you come into the office, or $5.00 per page if you would like them mailed.
