Results Matter for Records Management (468)

The Division of Records Management offers a two-hour course on the records management administrative line of business and program for Results Matter initiatives. This course is required for all Results Matter departmental Records Officers and is open to any other Metro Records Officers wishing to attend.

Course Content:

Understand the purpose, products, and family of measures for the records management component of Results Matter
Understand the related performance criteria
Learn how to use performance measures to assess the current status of your records management program
Learn how to collect performance measure data in order to gauge your department’s progress in complying with records management legal and policy requirements
