NOTE 1: The Internet connection speed contains many variables. The most critical is how much existing Internet bandwidth is currently being used. If your office has an ISDN connection and you have 20 internal users sharing this bandwidth, depending on what they are using it for! it may not have much bandwidth left. Another network bandwidth issue is how much free bandwidth is available between your 1SF and the Counties ISP. Your connection to the county will only be as fast as the slowest link along the way. To put it simply, the faster your connection, the better this application will run.

NOTE 2: The amount of disk space consumed by the application is dependent on how many documents you keep on your system. We recommend that you remove documents as soon as they have been recorded and you have printed out the seal and receipt, however, you can keep them as long as you see fit.

NOTE 3: The printer requirements only apply if the county chooses to place the stamp on the first page manually and then have the end user print the stamp directly on the original document. Otherwise, any printer will do.
