How do I qualify for the DROP?

In order to be eligible for the DROP benefit, employees must have at least 25 years of service and be retiring with a normal, unreduced pension.  It is not available to those who retire early, who are on a disability pension, who have deferred their pension, or who are receiving a survivor benefit.  Please visit our DROP page for more information.
