Formerly known as Food Stamps, the current program is the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).  In Davidson County, Agricultural Extension upholds the goals of SNAP-Ed, a federal/state partnership that supports nutrition education for persons eligible for SNAP.
