Is my property in a historic district?

The quickest way to see if a particular property is in a Historic Preservation Zoning Overlay or a Neighborhood Conservation Zoning Overlay is with the Metro Planning Department's interactive parcel map: http://www.nashville.gov/Planning-Department/Mapping-and-GIS/PropertyMapping.aspx

There, you can search for properties by parcel number, address, or owner using the menu on the left, or by clicking on the map on the right.

Once you find the property you're looking for, click the "layers" tab on the menu on the left, and click the red check mark to turn on all the zoning layers, or turn on the applicable layers individually in the sub-folder.
