The staff of the Engineering Design & Review section and the Permits office will assist you in this process as well. The Engineering Division is located in the Whitson Administration Building, 1600 Second Avenue North (615-862-4598). The Permits office is in the Metro Office Building, 800 Second Avenue South (615-862-7225).
