Customer Involvement

two hands holding the earthMWS encourages the involvement of our customers and offers numerous opportunities to get involved.

The public may participate in decisions concerning Metro Water Services by attending the Metropolitan Council meetings held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in the Council chambers in the Metro Courthouse, One Public Square.

The Trades Advisory Council includes plumbers, engineers, contractors and developers. This group reviews changes in policy that affect customers that want to connect to our infrastructure and makes suggestions to help make it easier to do business with MWS.

MWS also conducts customer surveys, focus groups, community meetings and provides ongoing communications with its various customer groups. To get involved or request more information about customer involvement, please contact the MWS Public Information Office at (615) 862-4494.
