- The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County ("Metro") has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the sole purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from responsible offerors for a contract to provide long distance telephone service for the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools and the Public Library of Nashville and Davidson County.
