Admissions
Admitting someone to long-term care can be a challenging process. However, Bordeaux’s proactive initiatives permit our Admitting Nurse Liaison to visit prospective residents at their home or in the hospital, make an initial assessment of the patient’s medical situation and determine if he/she meets the required criteria for nursing home admission.
