Welcome to Bordeaux Long-Term Care, the 420-bed nursing home operated by the Metropolitan Hospital Authority.
The Hospital Authority also operates the Knowles Home, the city’s 100 bed assisted living facility that also provides adult day care services.
We are a team of professionals committed to providing quality resident care and individual therapies while promoting creativity, innovation and clinical excellence in our respective sites.
Our campus is located on 121 acres providing residents, their families and visitors pastoral surroundings to complement the quality care and service our combined staffs of 575 provide.
With a commitment to a true continuum of care, the Metropolitan Hospital Authority, (Nashville General Hospital at Meharry, Bordeaux Long-Term Care and Knowles Home) provides primary care, assisted living and long-term care in quality driven environments.
