Pay Structure for CEC Instructors
The pay structure for CEC instructors will be based on a percentage of class fees collected for each class. Pay will be a one-time stipend at the end of each semester. Pay for instructors will be processed 2 weeks prior to the last week of class.
All Senior Citizens classes must be lead by volunteer instructors. We will not pay instructors for 55+ classes due to the reduced rate we offer the classes.
Pay Scale

For classes over 36 hours or classes that cost students over $100 per class instructors pay will be based on education and experience (as it relates to the class being taught), course curriculum, and whether the class is a certificated class or not. However, instructor pay cannot exceed 50% registration fees collected for the class.
