General InformationIn an effort to increase the availability of information from the offices of the Circuit Court Clerk, we offer a service called CaseLink. CaseLink is an online tool providing up-to-date information pertaining to cases filed in Circuit, Probate and General Sessions-Civil Division Courts. A subscriber can view specific case information such as style, pleadings filed, court dates, judgments, addresses, attorney information, service of process and payments. In addition, a subscriber has the ability to view and print certain document images. Image Redaction Status - 10/20/2008Our "realtime" redaction process is now "live". Most images will be available on CaseLink immediately after being scanned. Documents flagged for review by our redaction software should be available within 24 hours of scanning.
