| A | The cost is $35.00 per month (per concurrent connection). |

| Q | What are the computer software requirements for CaseLink? |
| A | In order to access CaseLink, you will need a Microsoft Windows platform, (Windows 95 and above), and access to the internet using Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer. We cannot offer support for other web browsers such as Netscape Navigator or Mozilla. In order to view images, you will also need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from the CaseLink home page. |
