The most recent Metro DES customer meeting, held onMarch 19, 2009, took place in the conference room at the Nashville Downtown Partnership, located at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Commerce Street. The purpose of the meeting was to give DES customers a chance to gain important information about their partnership with DES and to learn more about the services DES provides.
A presentation was delivered covering a variety of topics including annual customer energy cost comparisons, fiscal year 2009 budget review, the impact of natural gas and electric rate increases, and the Constellation Energy contractor performance scorecard.
