Emergency Communications Center Call Room It is estimated that on average, every individual in the U.S. will call for emergency assistance at least twice during their lifetime. Our agency’s dedicated employees are typically your initial emergency contact in Metro Nashville, providing life-saving assistance over the phone while dispatching the necessary first responders to your emergency. We provide this public service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.
